Oracle Cloudworld
Oracle Cloudworld is a large global customer event, featuring thousands of learning sessions, popular guest speakers, great entertainment, and solution showcases that bring customers right to the cutting edge of cloud, data, and AI innovation. For one of our sales partners, I created a series of marketing efforts to help bring folks to his portion of this event. We started with an email to drive registrations.
Printed invite to registrants
We targeted C-Suite executives within four industries; Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Wholesale, and Life Science.
RFID Experience
We created a custom RFID badge for each confirmed attendee. Each attendee received a unique RFID chip before the event. Upon check-in they were shown a custom greeting and details on their seating arrangement.
We set the tone and captured attention of Kroger
With executives being pressed for time we decided to kick off our meeting with a video that delivers a quick and memorable message. It highlights our core value and primes the room for a deeper discussion with the Kroger executive team.
A leave behind Why-Buy Oracle book that serves as a grocery list checklist and can be used long after the meeting is over
Grocery lists are important. They keep you focused, efficient, and cost-conscious. They help prevent impulse purchases and keep you on budget. We provided a booklet of these with our Oracle value proposition with the hopes they’d use it long after the meeting ends, keeping the Oracle Cloud solution top of mind. And they’ll never forget the milk.
